In 2025 maakte hij deel uit van de Aix-en-Provence Festival Acad\u00e9mie en in 2024 nam hij deel aan het Young Singers Project- tijdens de Salzburger Festspiele. Rabot vertolkte diverse operarollen en is momenteel werkzaam bij de Bayerische Staatsoper Opernstudio. Rabot was ook te horen in diverse oratoria en werkt regelmatig samen met het Liverpool Bach Collective. Hij verleende zijn medewerking aan de Johannes Passion, de Matth\u00e4us Passion en voerde talrijke Bach-cantates uit. Na zijn afstuderen aan de Royal Academy of Music bracht zijn deelname aan de eerste masterclass van Peter Pears hem in contact met Benjamin Britten. Daar ontstond zijn liefde voor liedbegeleiding. In 1976 richtte hij <em>The Songmakers\u2019 Almanac <\/em>op met als doel onbekend liedrepertoire onder de aandacht van een groter publiek te brengen.<br \/>Johnson bedenkt en begeleidt regelmatig concerten in Wigmore Hall, is docent liedbegeleiding aan de Guildhall School of Music and Drama en leidt sinds 1985 een tweejaarlijks programma voor Young Songmakers.
