Lijden aan de liefde, gevoelens van eenzaamheid of de treurigheid van het leven zijn universele thema\u2019s die door iedereen worden herkend. In veel liederen worden deze gevoelens bezongen, de liederen uit de romantiek staan er zelfs om bekend. Maar deze gevoelens zijn van alle tijden. De Portugese fado is ervan doortrokken en ook in onze eigen taal komen ze steeds terug, in het levenslied, de nederpop of kleinkunst. Denk maar aan Paul van Vliets pakkende Er hangt een huilbui als een onweer in elk van ons<\/em>. Maar als de huilbui over is en het onweer voorbij, kunnen we genieten van alles wat er ook nog is in het leven. En godzijdank is er natuur!<\/p>

In de natuur vind je schaduwen van sterren die het hart helen, zingende nachtegalen en rozen, momenten van bezinning en zelfs dwaallichten \u2026 Maar hoe je het ook wendt of keert, het grote avontuur van de natuur waarin we onszelf \u00e9n de ander tegenkomen zal zich blijven herhalen en is daarmee een onuitputtelijke bron voor dichters en componisten. Waar eerst vink noch nachtegaal was, ontstond er uit het ei een trots zingende vogel en wordt alles uiteindelijk weer \u2018Earth, and air, and rain\u2019.<\/p>

Voor deze masterclass nodigen we amateurduo\u2019s (zanger*es-pianist*e) uit om uit de repertoirelijst twee liederen te kiezen waarin het leven in al zijn aspecten door de natuur wordt weerspiegeld, verhevigd, verzacht, geheeld, of in een nieuw licht gezet. Er zijn drie besloten masterclasses waarin elk duo met zangdocente Annelies van Gerven en pianiste Lidwien Boumans werkt aan de gekozen liederen.<\/p>

      Annelies van Gerven<\/strong><\/span> \/ zangdocente<\/p>

      Annelies van Gerven studeerde zang aan het Conservatorium van Utrecht. Tijdens het tweede Internationaal Liedbegeleiders Concours in 1988 behaalde zij samen met pianiste Lidwien Boumans de prijs voor het beste Nederlandse duo. Voor Annelies is lesgeven een grotere passie dan zelf op het podium te staan. Zij geeft les aan jong en oud in zowel musical- als klassiek repertoire. Bij KunstenHuis Idea afdeling muziek in Zeist leidde ze bijna dertig jaar Het Zangtheater. Vanaf september 2025 geeft zij priv\u00e9les voor gevorderde zangers*essen en coacht zij ensembles. Voor haar geldt dat er niets leukers is, dan van je hobby je vak maken.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Lidwien Boumans<\/strong><\/span> \/ pianodocente<\/p>

      Lidwien Boumans studeerde piano aan het Utrechts Conservatorium bij Herman Uhlhorn en liedbegeleiding bij Thom Bollen. Met zangeres Annelies van Gerven won ze de prijs voor het beste Nederlandse duo bij het Internationaal Liedbegeleiders Concours. Zangles kreeg zij bij Michel de Kort.
      Boumans was correpetitor bij Meinard Kraak, haar grote mentor en inspirator in po\u00ebzie en muziek. Ze werd een veelgevraagd liedbegeleidster bij concerten en concoursen. Zij bedacht de Liedklas voor amateurduo\u2019s. In haar eigen muziekbedrijf De Toetsenhoek geeft ze pianoles en coacht liedduo\u2019s.
