With tenor Laurence Kilsby, we have one of the most promising young tenors of the moment. In 2022, he stood in for the experienced and much-loved singer Christoph Prégardien at the very last minute and managed to capture the audience's hearts from the very first note. Everything about him breathes future. With Susan Manoff - one of today's leading female song pianists - he presents an evening of songs about love: old love, lost love, heartbreak, new love and eternal love; about heartless lovers, broken hearts and eternal hope. About passion and resignation, meeting and separation. An evening about life with beautiful songs by Purcell, Duparc, Brahms, Britten, and, of course, Schubert, among others, that will touch your heart.
