For ten years, you have been listening in the leafy surroundings of Zeist to the richness that liederen have to offer us. Songs that so often celebrate that very same greenery and touch us with their stories. This year, therefore, nature itself is our main character. Because we live in nature and are nature itself. And what can lied better than to continually hold up that one question to us: how do we relate to ourselves and our origins? For the 2026 festival, we have therefore chosen the theme Back to Nature.
