ticket orders

Tickets for International Song Festival Zeist can be ordered from our website. By entering calendar clicking on 'read more' opens the programme page of the respective event. Below the photos of the performers, you will find all card types :

  • The festival pass
  • The weekend pass (if applicable)
  • The day ticket
  • Single tickets normal rate and for visitors under 30.


To order, first choose the desired number of cards by typing the number or change the number using the up or down arrows. The default is 1. Then click on 'order'. You will then be redirected to your shopping basket. There you can change the number of cards and/or remove them.

Would you like to continue shopping? Then click on 'continue shopping'. This will take you back to the programme page of the event you have just ordered tickets for. Would you prefer to return to the agenda? Then click on 'agenda' in the menu bar at the top of your screen.

Before checking out, you can check your order in your shopping basket. Are you looking at another page? Then click on the basket icon at the top right of your screen to go to your basket. You will then see all the cards you have added. Do you have a discount code? Then enter it first and click on activate. The discount will be deducted immediately. Have you lost your friend code? Then contact the friends administration by sending an e-mail to: vrienden@ilfz.nl.

If your order is correct, click 'proceed to checkout'. If you have an account and have not yet logged in, you can log in here. Your billing details will then be filled in automatically for you. If you do not have an account, please go through the following steps:

  • You fill in the invoice details. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
  • To confirm your order, tick 'I have read and agree to the site's terms and conditions' and then click 'place order and pay'. You can now checkout.


You pay securely with iDeal or credit card. In the latter case, an additional surcharge of 2.8% will be charged.

You will receive your tickets by e-mail. By clicking on 'download' in the mail, you can save your tickets to your computer or phone.

Would you like to order tickets, but at different rates? For example: you ordered a day ticket, but also want to order two single tickets for an activity on the same day. After adding the day ticket(s) to your shopping basket, click on 'continue shopping'. You will return to the programme page. Now you can add single tickets to your order.

In your shopping basket, below the cards you want, you will find an input field with the text 'friend code/discount'. There you can enter your friend code. After entering it, click on "apply" to the right of the input box to calculate the discount. Then proceed to checkout.

Click the shopping basket icon again or use your browser's browse back function. This will take you back to the previous screen. There you can still enter your friend code.

If you see the message "voucher does not exist!" at the top of the screen, the code has expired or has not been entered correctly. Have you lost your friends code? Then contact the friends administration by sending an email to: vrienden@ilfz.nl.

Have you accidentally indicated more cards than you wish to order? In your basket, simply adjust the number by clicking on the plus or minus displayed next to the number. Do not forget to update your shopping basket afterwards by clicking on 'update order'. The quantity and total amount will then be recalculated.

Did you order the wrong card(s) by mistake? In your basket, simply remove the incorrect cards by clicking on the cross displayed to the right of your order. Do not forget to update your shopping basket afterwards by clicking on 'update order'. The number and total amount will then be recalculated.

It is possible to buy tickets at the box office prior to a recital or master class. The box office opens half an hour before the start of an activity. Note: you can only pay by pin.

At the moment, you cannot redeem your Podium Cadeaukaart with us.

Your Podiumpas entitles you to one free ticket for each of our recitals (does not apply to day tickets and passe-partouts). Note: the discount code entitles you to one free ticket per order. If you want to attend more than one recital, order your tickets for each recital separately.

You will receive the code to order your extra ticket via Podiumpas. Have your pass ready so that you can enter your pass number in the checkout form. For the conditions of your Podiumpas, go to podiumpas.co.uk.

It is only possible to order tickets through the website.

Whatever part of the festival you attend, we will always provide you with a programme book. If you come to one of the recitals, you will also receive the song lyrics and we will offer you an intermission drink. For all other events, drinks are available on payment. The recital on Sunday 18 May and the family concert on Sunday 25 May have no intermission. You will then be offered a free drink afterwards.

Did you not receive an e-mail? Sometimes an order arrives in the junk mail folder (spam). If you cannot find any mail there either, unfortunately something has gone wrong. If you send an e-mail to service@ilfz.nl we will gladly solve it for you. Please mention in your mail at least:

  • your name
  • the date on which you placed your order
  • for which you ordered a ticket and the number of tickets you ordered


We will send you the tickets as soon as possible or contact you by e-mail to help you further.

Don't worry, we can send you the tickets again. Please send an e-mail to service@ilfz.nl in which you state at least:

  • your name
  • the date on which you placed your order
  • for which you ordered an admission ticket and the number of tickets you ordered.


You will then receive new access cards by e-mail as soon as possible.

There is no need to print your tickets. You can also show them on your phone.

calendar and filter

You can filter the calendar in two ways using the buttons at the top of the page:

  • filter by date
  • filter by type


You can use both filters at the same time. For example: to view all recitals on Sunday 18 May, choose the type 'recitals' and by the day for Sunday 18 May. All search results matching those criteria will then be displayed. You can adjust the filters in between to view new results.

You clear the filters by choosing 'filter by date or 'filter by type' using the same buttons at the top of the drop-down list. If you used both filter options, do this for both filters. You can also clear all filters at once by clicking 'calendar' in the menu bar.

creating an account and logging in

Creating an account is not mandatory, but recommended. When you create an account, you always have online access to your order history, you can download your cards and save them on your computer or phone. We do not provide your data to third parties. You can read more about how we handle your data in our privacy regulation.

You can find your account by clicking on 'log in' in the menu bar at the top of your screen. Do you already have an account? Then you can log in here. If you do not yet have an account, choose 'register'.

You simply create an account by registering. To do so, enter your e-mail address and click on 'register'. You will then be redirected to your personal festival page. You can also create an account during checkout by checking 'Create account?' under the billing details. Your password will be generated automatically and sent to you by email. Note: Sometimes these mails arrive in the junk mail (spam) folder. If you cannot find any mail there either, unfortunately something has gone wrong.

You log in by entering your e-mail address and password and clicking on 'log in'. If you check the 'remember' box, you won't have to re-enter your details every time.

You change your password by logging in with your old data, or creating a new password during your first login.

When you click 'forgot your password' on the login page, you will then be asked to enter your e-mail address. Then click on 'reset password'. A new password will be sent to you by e-mail. Did you not receive an e-mail? Sometimes a mail arrives in the spam folder. If you cannot find any mail there either, unfortunately something has gone wrong. If you send an e-mail to service@ilfz.nl we will gladly solve that for you.

The venue and box office will open half an hour before the start. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive a service email a few days before the festival, containing important information about your visit and any changes regarding our activities.

Reservations are only possible for holders of a festival pass for the festival. Visitors choose their own seat in the auditorium. If you use a wheelchair or have a disability, please let us know prior to the festival via info@ilfz.nl. Please mention in your mail at least:

  • your name and phone number
  • for which you ordered a ticket and the number of tickets you ordered


Our staff will ensure that you are directed to a place suitable for you.

The hall is accessible to visitors with disabilities via the left entrance. Rollators may be taken into the hall and can be parked right next to your seat. If you use a wheelchair or have a disability, please let us know prior to the festival via info@ilfz.nl. Please mention in your mail at least:

  • your name and phone number
  • for which you ordered a ticket and the number of tickets you ordered

Most evening recitals have an intermission, except for the recitals on Sunday evening 18 May, Friday evening 23 May and the family concert on Sunday afternoon 25 May. Then you will be offered a free drink afterwards.

Intermission drinks are available during all events. For recitals, these are even included in the price. On Sunday evening 18 May, Friday evening 23 May and Sunday afternoon 25 May, you will be offered a free drink after the recital, as these recitals have no intermission. For other events, drinks are available for a fee. Note: you can only pay by pin.

The evening recitals end at around 10pm. The evening recital on Sunday 18 May ends around 8.30pm. The evening recital on Friday 23 May ends around 9.30pm.

There is no guarded cloakroom, you can hang your coat on the coat rack in one of the corridors or take it into the hall. We ask you not to bring large bags.

You can park for free on Zinzendorflaan, near Slot Zeist. For correct navigation, enter: Brewery, Zeist. Paid parking is available in the car park next to Hotel Theater Figi on the Rond. From these locations, you can walk to the church in five to ten minutes.

Yes, the festival is easily accessible by public transport. From Utrecht CS station and Driebergen-Zeist station, travel further by bus: Synthus line 50 and U-OV lines 51 and 74. Get off at the Het Rond stop and walk from there to the festival site in about five minutes.

No image or sound recordings are allowed during the recitals. The festival cooperates with professionals for this purpose. Some time after the festival, you can view the photos on our website. Recordings of some recitals will be broadcast via NPO Klassiek.
