You order your tickets easily by entering the agenda click on the event you want to attend. You will then be taken to the programme page of the event in question. There you will find different ticket types behind the ‘ticket(s)’ button:
There you can indicate how many tickets you want to order by typing in the number or change the number using the up or down arrows. Then click on ‘order’. You will then be directed to your shopping basket. There you can change the number of cards and/or remove them if you wish.
Would you like to continue shopping? Then click on ‘continue shopping’. This will take you back to the programme page of the event you have just ordered tickets for. Would you rather return to the agenda? Then click on ‘agenda’ in the menu at the top of the page.
Want to order tickets for the same event, but at different rates? Then click on ‘continue shopping’ after you have added tickets to your shopping basket. This will take you back to the programme page of the event you have just ordered tickets for.
Before checking out, you can check your order in your shopping basket. You can access your basket from any page by clicking on the basket icon. Check whether your order is correct and enter a discount code if necessary. Is your order correct? Then click on ‘checkout’.
You will then be redirected to the checkout page where you fill in at least the required fields (marked with an *). If you already have an account, you can also log in on this page. Your billing details will then be filled in automatically.
To confirm your order, tick ‘I agree to the terms and conditions’. Then click on ‘confirm order’.
You pay securely via iDEAL|Wero or by (credit) card. In the latter case, an additional charge of 2.8% will be added to the €2.00 booking fee.
You will receive your tickets by e-mail. In it you will find links to download your tickets so you can save them on your computer or phone.
Note: sometimes these mails arrive in the junk mail (spam) folder. If you think your tickets have not been sent, check first that they have been delivered to that folder.
Below the cards you ordered, you will find an input field with the text ‘voucher code’. There you can enter your discount code. Don't forget to click on ‘apply discount’ to activate the code. Your discount will be calculated immediately.
By clicking on the shopping basket icon or using your browser's return function, you can return to the previous screen. There you can still enter your discount code.
If you see the message ‘voucher does not exist!’, the code has expired or has not been entered correctly.

If you have accidentally added more or less cards to your shopping basket than intended, you can easily change this by clicking the arrows next to the number. Your order will be recalculated automatically.
If your order is incorrect, remove cards from your shopping basket by clicking on the cross. Your order will be automatically recalculated.
Yes, you can! The box office opens half an hour before the start.

Your Podiumpas entitles you to one free ticket for each of our recitals (does not apply to day tickets and passe-partouts). Note: the discount code entitles you to one free ticket per order. If you want to attend more than one recital, order your tickets for each recital separately.
You will receive the code to order your extra ticket via Podiumpas. Have your pass ready so that you can enter your pass number in the checkout form. For the conditions of your Podiumpas, go to podiumpas.co.uk.

The venue and box office will open half an hour before curtain-up.
Booking is only possible for festival pass holders. Visitors choose their own seat in the auditorium. If you use a wheelchair or have a disability, please let us know prior to the festival via info@ilfz.nl. In your e-mail, please mention at least which event you want to attend and how we can best help you.
The festival is also here for the disabled! The left entrance is equipped with threshold aids for visitors using wheelchairs or rollators. Rollators may be taken into the venue and parked next to your seat.

Most (evening) recitals have an intermission. For recitals without an intermission, you will be offered a drink afterwards.
Intermission drinks are available during all events. At recitals, these are even included in the price.

The evening recitals end at around 10pm. The evening recital on Sunday 17 May ends around 9pm.
There is no guarded cloakroom. You can hang your coat on the coat rack in one of the corridors or take it into the hall. We ask you not to bring large bags.
You can park for free on Zinzendorflaan, near Slot Zeist. For correct navigation, enter: Brewery, Zeist. Paid parking is available in the car park next to Hotel Theater Figi on the Rond. From these locations, you can walk to the church in five to ten minutes. For more information on our locations and parking click here >
The festival is easily accessible by public transport. From Utrecht CS station and Driebergen-Zeist station, continue your journey by bus: U-OV lines 350 and 74. Get off at the Het Rond stop and walk from there to the festival site in about five minutes.
No image or sound recordings are allowed during the recitals. The festival collaborates with professionals for this purpose.
