By organising the master class and through partnerships with schools and a wide range of workshops and courses for amateur musicians, the festival encourages talent development in a broad sense. As a result, singing, the primal form of music, gets the stage it deserves.

A healthy financial base and continuity of funding are needed for this to continue. Friends are of great importance here, as their donations directly benefit the festival: they help defray costs, fund new activities and provide a buffer for the festival's funding risk.

cultural ANBI

The International Song Festival Zeist has cultural ANBI status:

• An ANBI does not pay inheritance or gift tax on inheritances and gifts received;
• Donors can deduct donations to ANBI from income tax (individuals) and corporate tax (companies).

U mag uw volledige periodieke schenking als aftrekpost opgeven bij uw belastingaangifte. De eerste € 5.000 per jaar zelfs voor 125% (€ 6.250). De schenking wordt ten hoogste in de tweede schijf van het belastingtarief verrekend.
